Concrete services in Mandurah
Three things, done properly: new concrete installed on a base built for your block, repairs that address what actually moved, and slabs engineered to your soil report.
Every job on this page starts the same way — a site and soil check, because sandy coastal fill near the canals and reactive clay further inland need different treatment, and the base is the part you cannot fix later. From there the work splits into new installation, repair and resurfacing of concrete that is already down, and engineered slabs for builds that need certified sign-off. All three are quoted as one fixed written price, and all three carry the same seven year workmanship guarantee.

Our services: common questions
The things people most often want cleared up before getting in touch.
Which service do I actually need?
If the slab is sound and only the surface is tired, resurfacing usually is. If it is cracking through, lifting or the base has failed, replacement is the honest answer. If nothing is there yet, it is installation. We diagnose before quoting rather than selling whichever pays more.
Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Yes. Residential is driveways, patios, alfrescos, pool surrounds and house slabs. Commercial and industrial covers floors, hardstand, carparks and civil concrete work, where the program and the load requirements matter as much as the pour itself.
Can you do the earthworks as well as the concrete?
Yes, and on many jobs it is the same job. Excavation, base preparation, trenching and compaction all happen before a pour, so having one crew responsible for the ground and the slab means nobody can point at the other when something settles.
How much does concrete work cost in Mandurah?
It depends on the area, the finish, the site access, how much existing concrete has to come out and what the ground needs underneath. Rather than quote a rate per square metre that changes once we see the block, we look at the site and give one fixed written price.
How far ahead do I need to book?
It varies with the season and the weather, since pours get scheduled around conditions rather than just the diary. We give you a realistic timeline before you commit, and if weather moves a pour we tell you rather than forcing concrete onto ground that is not ready.
