Where we work

Concrete across Mandurah and the Peel region

Based in Mandurah, working right across the surrounding suburbs and out to the acreage blocks past Dawesville — with the ground conditions of each one already familiar.

Nineteen years in one region means the ground stops being a guess. Mandurah's suburbs do not share one soil type — sandy coastal fill through Halls Head and Erskine, reclaimed canal fill at Wannanup, reactive clay inland toward Meadow Springs and Greenfields, and genuinely mixed ground on the Dawesville acreages. Base depth, reinforcement and joint spacing all follow from which of those you are on, which is why we quote off a site check rather than a rate card. Pick your suburb below for what we typically strike there.

Outside these suburbs?

If your street is not on the list, ask anyway

The suburbs above are where we work most, not a boundary. We cover the wider Peel region and regularly travel out past Dawesville.

Send us the address

Tell us where the job is and what it involves, and we will confirm quickly whether we can get to it.

Access matters more than distance

Whether a truck can reach the pour affects the method and the price more than how far out you are.

Same price either way

Wherever the job is, you get one fixed written price with any travel or access allowance already in it.

Before you call

Where we work: common questions

The things people most often want cleared up before getting in touch.

Do you charge more for suburbs further from Mandurah?

No. Almost everywhere we work is within about twenty minutes, and the price comes from the job rather than the postcode — the area, the finish, the access and what the ground needs. You get the same fixed written price wherever the block is.

Why does each suburb need a different approach?

Because the ground genuinely differs. Coastal sand at Silver Sands behaves nothing like the reclaimed canal fill at South Yunderup, the reactive clay inland at Stake Hill, or the river flats at Furnissdale that hold water through winter. The base spec follows the block, not the suburb.

Which council handles approvals where I am?

It depends on the suburb. Most of the area is City of Mandurah, but Golden Bay, Karnup and Singleton are City of Rockingham, the Yunderups, Ravenswood, Barragup, Furnissdale and Nambeelup are Shire of Murray, and Lake Clifton is Shire of Waroona. We confirm which applies when we quote.

My suburb is not listed — do you still come out?

Probably. The listed suburbs are where we work most often, not a boundary. Call and ask. If a job is genuinely too far for us to do properly, we will say so rather than take it on and stretch the crew across the region.

Do you know the ground on my street?

Often, after nineteen years in the region, but we still check rather than assume. Two blocks in the same street can sit on different material, particularly in estates where some lots were cut and others filled. The site check happens before the quote, every time.

Tell us where the job is and we will quote it.
