About
Mandurah Concrete is an owner-operated crew pouring driveways, slabs and repairs across the Peel region — the same people who quote the job show up to pour it.
About Mandurah Concrete
Mandurah Concrete started out pouring driveways for a handful of streets around Halls Head, back when most of the canal estates were still being built. Nineteen years on, we're still Mandurah concrete installers first — the crew, the trailers and the way we quote a job haven't changed much, even as the number of streets we've worked has grown into the hundreds.
What has changed is how much we've learned about the ground under this part of the coast: which blocks hold moisture, which need extra base depth, which soil reports flag reactive clay before anyone's picked up a shovel. That local knowledge is the main thing we're selling — the concrete itself is the same everywhere.
- Owner-operated — The same people who quote your job are the ones who pour it
- Licensed and insured — Registered builder with full public liability cover, paperwork provided upfront
- Fixed-price quotes — One written number covering base prep, reinforcement, the pour and your finish
- Seven year guarantee — Workmanship backed on every installation and repair

About Mandurah Concrete: common questions
The things people most often want cleared up before getting in touch.
What areas around Mandurah do you cover?
Mandurah and the wider Peel region, from the northern coastal suburbs through to the Murray River and as far south as Lake Clifton. Most of the area is within about twenty minutes of us, and travel does not change how we quote — one fixed written price after we have looked at the block.
Do you do the work yourselves or subcontract it?
The concreting is ours. Where a job needs another trade — an engineer, a certifier, a licensed asbestos removalist on a demolition — we say so and coordinate with them rather than quietly handing the whole job on. You should know who is actually standing on your block.
How do your quotes work?
We look at the site and the soil first, then give one written price covering base prep, reinforcement, the pour and your chosen finish. No hourly rates and no allowances that creep once work has started. Where something on site could genuinely change the price, we say so upfront rather than after.
Will you tell me if a job is not worth doing?
Yes, and it happens. Some slabs are better replaced than repaired, some canal blocks read too wet to polish, and some finishes are wrong for where they are going. We would rather lose the job than take it and hope. That conversation happens before you have spent anything.
What happens if something goes wrong after the job?
Workmanship faults are ours to put right. Ask any contractor to state the guarantee period in writing and to be clear about what it covers, because the distinction between a workmanship fault and normal wear or a material defect is where most disputes start.
